  Stop in for a drink during happy hour (1/2 price) and stayed for dinner.
  Had the pear salad to start. It was very tasty and fresh. I ordered the NY Strip steak for dinner. The steak came out cooked to perfection!
  The staff here is excellent, always very friendly and attentive. The owners are very hands on. Making sure they say hello to every table and maksureach guest is enjoying their dinner.

  If they were open Sunday and Monday I would probaly be there everyday.
  Great food.fantastic Happy Hour.

  Recently I went to the One18 American Bistro. My husband and I decided to stop by on our way home.
  
  Atmosphere:
  The restaurant is located on the main road with parking easily accessible on the main road. We went early and easily found parking close by.
  
  The inside has plenty of seating. There is a small bar area as well as dinner area. We sat in the quieter dinner area. It was dimly lit perfect for a nice date without being overly fancy.
  
  Service:
  Definitely one of the best services we've had in a while. The waiter himself was very attentive and the chef even came out to ask how we liked the food. The food came out quickly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
  
  Food:
  I ordered the grilled peach flatbread as an appetizer which was delicious. It wasn't huge or a heavy dish. The balsamic glaze and pesto was a great addition too.
  
  For my entree, I opted for the grilled pear salad with salmon. The salad itself was great. It wasn't massive but it was enough for what I was looking for. The salmon itself was a good size for the cost and salad topping.
  
  I was extremely pleased with the quality of food.
  
  Would I come back?
  Yes. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and food. It's definitely one of the best restaurants I've been too down the shore.

  Followed the owners from "Eddie's Place" to the soft opening of 118 Bistro to another momentous occasion....have eaten here prior to this special invitation (2 dinners for $22, appetizers for $2, bottles of wine for $2, desserts for $2...it was their 2nd anniversary!)...we had the blackened beef and Eddie's salad...I chose the lamb chops...excellent...others went for the seafood pasta and loved that too...tiramisu for dessert...Brian was our server...always with a smile although they were extremely busy! We'll be back, of course!

  What a fun evening! We had a fabulous meal at One18 American Bistro! I had been stalking their Instagram for some time now and was ogling the delicious looking drinks. Well, last night we finally made it a reality!   Brittany was our server and helped provide some great first-timer recommendations. We had some a great starters like the Double Crunch chicken, Fish Tacos and lobster guacamole. All were really good. We shared the mango flank steak entree and it was getting to be quite a lot of food.  And, to top it off, when i checked in we got a free dessert from Yelp! We had the cookie dough brownie which was absolutely decadent.  Yikes. So much food, we didn't even discuss the cocktails! They were really good too. Debbie, the owner also came by and we had some very nice chit chat. She made us feel very welcomed and we look forward to coming back again real soon. What a great find!
